Register your company publishing your company profile and create the opportunity to generate new business
Key deadlines are the following:
- Registration: 3rd May - 13th June 12:00 CEST
- Meeting selection: 16th May - 16th June
- Event selection: meetings must be accepted
- Meetings duration: 20 min
- Event: 14th – 16th June
- Languages: English / Spanish

- For solution seekers, free use of the DES2022 matchmaking platform. Solution seekers will benefit from Free tickets (Business Pass) to access the event or a 50% discount for the Premium VIP PASS. You MUST publish a Request in "Opportunities" section. More information on the type of tickets here. The discount code will be sent after the validation of the organizers.
- For solution providers, free use of the DES2022 matchmaking platform only for partners and exhibitors. More information here (*). Start-ups can also publish their solutions if they are selected at DES Startup Competition (deadline: May 13th at 23:59 CET) or participate in one of the DES Startup Forum Pavilions. A maximum of 2 participants per company is allowed and in the case of start-ups, the number is reduced to one participant per start-up.

1. Online registration
I. Your company profile
- Written in English, clear and relevant to stand out and create interest for potential partners
- The company profile will be reviewed before its approval and publication
- All attendees need to register.
II. Contact details of the person attending the event
III. Marketplace
- Explain the technology/product/expertise you are offering/looking for
- Specify the type of partner you are looking for: Product/Service/Partnership/Project Cooperation/Investment Opportunity or any other request.
IV. Your Availability
- Choose the time slots you can allocate for matchmaking meetings
- Ensure that you don't book meeting outside the Brokerage Event on these time slots
Your company profile is your business card. Make sure it reflects your value proposition and objectives.
2. Promotion of published profiles
- Approved profiles will be published online
- All published profiles will be extensively promoted by the organisers of this event
- High-quality profiles are visited about 50-150 times BEFORE the event and will still be viewed AFTER
3. Selection of bilateral meetings
I. E-mail notification when booking is open
- You will receive an e-mail reminding you that you can start booking bilateral meetings
II. Booking bilateral meetings
- Filter cooperation profiles and find the ones aligned with your goals
- Request meetings to the companies you are interested in meeting
- Accept/reject the meetings you are asked for
III. Your schedule
- Receive your meeting schedule (time & table number) a few days before the event
4. At the event
- Check the latest version of your meeting schedule through the platform
- Be at the Brokerage Event location 5 minutes before your meeting
- RESPECT the other participant's time and show up to all your meetings
- If an unforeseen circumstance comes up and you will not attend a meeting, please cancel your meetings through the platform. In this way, the other participant will get a notification
